20/20HR has been around since 2016 providing our services on a white-label basis to other HR support providers but it's time to step out of the shadows and be proud of who we are and how we do things. Over the years we have supported businesses ranging from landscaping, hospitality, marketing & advertising, finance, retail, nurseries & schools, insurance companies, civil engineering and even law firms. Most of our clients are based in beautiful Kent (so are we) but we happily work with you wherever you are.

We do not have an office because we don't need one to be good at what we do. We'd much rather use the money we save to help you by keeping our prices low. We don't believe in 9 to 5. We are available when you need us (well... maybe not a 1am).

We communicate the way you want us to. Phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, Zoom, Teams... you name it.

Our founder and Managing Director, Sebastian Mattern, is a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a CIPD Level 7 qualification in HR with an emphasis on Employment Law. His commercial background from his previous role in senior management of a multinational tech company which went through extensive and fast-paced international expansion, management buyout and several key acquisitions, is what makes us approach HR differently. Where flexible and agile working is the norm for all parts of a business and where all decisions are expected to make commercial sense, there is no excuse for HR consultants to be stuck in the past.

WHY YOU SHOULD
TAKE HR SERIOUSLY

HR is mostly seen as an annoyance that creates additional cost but doesn't bring much benefit. We get it. If you're a startup then you have bigger things to worry about. If you have been established for a while and nothing has ever gone wrong then why should you pay for HR? There is a simple reason - sooner or later something will go wrong and the money you saved by ignoring HR won't be enough to cover the cost.

But it doesn't need to be like that. Look at HR the same way you look at your home insurance or your savings for a rainy day. Small investments to create a safety net can make one heck of a difference when things do go wrong. When we say small investments we mean that. Our fees will surprise you and have shocked our competition.
